Lobster is how we celebrate — birthdays, weddings, first days of summer, and the moments in between. It’s how we gather friends, family, and neighbors around the table. In Maine, lobster connects us to the ocean, to our community, and to generations of people who’ve made a living from these cold, clean waters.
